No, we do not offer any additional discounts. Our all-inclusive MRP is lower than most stores. Our products are offered directly from the manufacturer and with no overheads like rent, inventory costs, etc. We can pass on this benefit to all our customers by way of honest and competitive prices.

The Shipping And Return Policy
Calysta provides free insured shipping on all items within India.
For orders within India, our delivery date depends on the product selected as well as the shipping address provided by you. Our products are ‘Made to Order’ and it takes us 2 to 15 business days to safely deliver these jewellery pieces to you. This includes the time taken to individually handcraft each product and ship it to your delivery address. Please note that the business days mentioned do not include Sundays and festive holidays.
We process the national delivery only through reputed insured couriers like Sequel Logistics, Please check if we deliver to your Pincode. If there is no courier service available in your area, we do apologise for the inconvenience caused.
Your jewellery is shipped in sturdy, tamper-proof packing that ensures that the contents remain intact. Your jewellery is fully insured till it reaches your doorstep, and we only work with reputed and established courier services like Sequel Logistics for orders within India. Please do not accept any package that has been tampered with.
Currently, we take orders for delivery only in India.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, your order might get delayed. We will send you an email informing you about the delay along with the new expected delivery date. Visit the My Orders page in your My account and click on TRACK ORDER to get the real-time status of your order.

us by phone or mail immediately. We will look at it immediately and get back to you.
If you return the product within 15 days of delivery, we will process the refund as per our refund policy, ie. The refund will be credited back to your Calysta account. You can use the credit to make a fresh purchase or even have the amount credited back to your bank account as well. The refund amount is credited back to the bank account provided by the customers.
No, we offer FREE RETURN shipping. We will arrange a pick-up from your place and get it exchanged/returned. When you are returning the product within the 15-day frame, you will get complimentary return shipping for exchanges and refunds.
Call or chat with our customer support team on the channel provided and intimate them about your wish to exchange/return. From thereon, we will take care of all the things. Please keep the package ready the way it came to you including the diamond certificate and original documents. We will arrange the pickup and get everything done for you.
Calysta also offers a lifetime change and buyback policy. This applies to all purchases that are made from us, within India. All you have to do is make sure that you return the original product along with the certificate and other documents.

3. Click on ‘Checkout’ if you have finalised your order, else ‘Continue Shopping.
4. Enter your Email Address and Name on the Secure Checkout Screen and proceed with Billing and Shipping.
5. Enter your shipping details and continue to the Payment Options.
6. Select your Mode of Payment and Place the order.
7. You will receive an order confirmation email as well as an SMS to your registered mobile and email address.

Payments
We have Cash on Delivery (COD), Net banking and debit/credit card payment facility. The cash-on-delivery option is available all across India with free delivery. All Credit/Debit card details remain confidential and private with Calysta. Calysta and our trusted payment gateways use SSL encryption technology to protect your card information. COD only available for order below 30k.
No, there are no additional or hidden costs. Only 3% GST, which is already added to the price of the jewellery that you see on the website.
The refunded amount will be directly credited to your bank account after we receive your jewellery. Please mail or talk to our Customer Support team with your bank account and IFSC code. The refund will be done within 7 business days.
All sales prices are final and Calysta does not do any price match. All our pricing is calculated using current precious metal, Diamond and Gem prices to give you the best possible value. These prices do change from time to time and our prices do too.
If there are any problems with the quality of the workmanship of your piece we’ll repair it free of charge and pay the shipping too. If you damage a piece, we will repair it for free within 1 days of delivery ‘no question asked’. We want you to enjoy your piece, not have it sitting in a box! If you are still not satisfied with the product, you can return the product to us within 15 days, we have a 15-day No questions asked Money Back Policy. This is applicable for orders within India only.
Of course, you can as long as it is simply a size change issue. But only go to a trusted local jeweller store since you never know if they will replace the real diamonds with any fake ones.
Authentication
Absolutely. Our entire collection, be it yellow, white or rose gold, is without a doubt real gold. We use 14 karats and 18 karats of real gold to make our jewellery across all categories. Our diamonds too are completely original and certified. We have SDI & IGI Diamond certification to authenticate our diamonds, which is the highest industry standard. Furthermore, Calysta has its licence and is an all-inclusive BIS Hallmarked Jewellery Brand. So your jewellery will have BIS Hallmarked engraved on it for the quality of Gold.
